Before you book
How long do you need in the home?
About an hour for most homes up to 2,000 sq ft, and two to three hours for larger homes with yards. We book a time when the home can be empty of people and pets.
What do I need to do to get ready?
Open the blinds, turn on every light, and leave the home how you want to remember it. Even light matters more than bright light, so we avoid scanning after dark. We’ll send a short prep guide three days before.
Can people or pets be in it?
Yes, if they hold completely still for the few minutes it takes to pass them. Anyone moving leaves ghosting, so most families step outside and add a group capture on the porch at the end.
How do we view it?
You get a private link that opens in any modern browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or VR headset. No app to install. Heirloom and Estate also include a walkable desktop version you can explore like a game.
Who can see it?
Only people you send the link to. We never show a client’s home in our marketing without written permission.
How long until it’s ready?
Within 7 days of the capture. Need it sooner for a closing date? The 72-hour rush is $200.
Do you travel?
We’re based in Vista and cover North County San Diego, Temecula Valley and South Orange County at no extra charge within 40 miles. Beyond that it’s $0.75 a mile.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit books your date, and the balance is due on delivery. We send an invoice you can pay by card.
